10-Minute Warm-Up:

5-Minute Exercise Explanation and Practice:
No confusion here! We’ll walk you through each move, ensuring perfect form.
20-Minute Core HIIT Workout:
Brace yourself for a high-intensity ride. We’ll mix and match over 7 different exercises to challenge your determination.
20-Minute Stretching:
We’ll guide you through passive and active stretches that will help us unwind and increase our range of motion.
5-Minute Mindful Meditation:
Close your eyes, breathe, and let go. This brief meditation helps you reset, focus, and integrate your workout.
Wellness Tip of the Week:
Because knowledge is power. We’ll drop some wisdom, whether it’s nutrition hacks, stress management, or sleep secrets.
